All items listed on ShareKind must be offered free of charge as donations or gifts to benefit individuals, families, or charitable organizations.

Any attempt to conduct commercial transactions, request payment, or exchange money for listed items constitutes a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account suspension and removal from the platform.

3. Charitable Use Only

By using this platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All items must be listed with the sole intent of charitable giving
• Recipients should be individuals or organizations in genuine need
• No profit motive or commercial gain may be pursued through this platform
• All interactions must be conducted in good faith and with charitable intent

4. User Responsibilities

6. Liability and Disclaimers

ShareKind serves as a facilitating platform only. We do not take ownership, possession, or responsibility for items listed or exchanged through the platform. Users engage with one another at their own discretion and risk. We encourage all users to exercise caution and good judgment in all interactions.

6.1 Legal Responsibility of the Giver

The giver (the user listing an item) bears full and exclusive legal responsibility for any item they offer through ShareKind. This includes, without limitation, responsibility for:

• The accuracy, completeness, and truthfulness of all information provided about the item, including its condition, origin, and suitability
• Ensuring the item is safe, lawful, and fit for its intended charitable purpose
• Any defects, damages, or harm arising from the use, handling, or receipt of the item by any recipient
• Compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations regarding the donation, transfer, and distribution of the item
• Any claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to the item or its transfer

By listing an item on ShareKind, the giver expressly acknowledges and accepts that they are solely and fully liable for any consequence resulting from the donation, and they agree to indemnify and hold harmless the platform, its operators, and affiliates from any related claim or proceeding.

6.2 No Responsibility of the Platform

ShareKind, its operators, administrators, affiliates, and partners accept no responsibility or liability of any kind — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise — for:

• The accuracy, safety, quality, legality, or fitness of any item listed or transferred through the platform
• Any loss, damage, injury, or harm resulting from the use or receipt of any donated item
• The conduct, statements, or actions of any user, giver, or recipient
• Any failure, interruption, or error in the availability or operation of the platform
• Any dispute, disagreement, or outcome arising between users in connection with a listing or transfer

The platform acts solely as a neutral listing and communication tool. It does not verify, endorse, guarantee, or warrant any item, user, or transaction. All use of ShareKind is at the user's own risk, and users waive any claim against the platform in connection with their use of it.

7. Enforcement

ShareKind reserves the right to remove any listings, suspend or terminate user accounts, and take appropriate action against any individual or entity found to be in violation of these terms. We are committed to maintaining the integrity and charitable purpose of this platform.

8. Modifications to Terms

ShareKind reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

9. Intellectual Property and Copyright

All content, design elements, logos, trademarks, and software comprising the ShareKind platform are the exclusive property of ShareKind or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
